How the fuck

OK I dont understand how I am being blamed for something that really isnt my fault. I borrowed a "friends" car and they never said that I should check the fluids or anything like that, and now their car isnt working because the head or the rod is blown....I'm sorry but am I not seeing how its my fault? I dont think that I should be the one that is being yelled at or being mad at. After all it wasn't my car, why the hell would I check the fluids on someone else's car? Am I worng? Please someone tell me WTF.
